More to come!

Hello, I'm Joe and I am ready to go to work for you!

2020 has been a challenging year for All across the nation as we have seen where our leaders have failed "We the People" with poor policies, and bad decisions.

It is time to make the change. It is time for a Revival in order to Restore the American Dream back to its People.

I believe we can turn things around and I hope that you believe that I am the right person for the job.

Critical Race Theory

From an article in the Christian Post.

"Christianity offers forgiveness of sin through the blood of Jesus Christ, grace unearned and undeserved. Critical race theory offers permanent guilt and the perpetual performance of rituals of wokeness. If thousands of years of temple sacrifices could not atone for sins; neither can the self-flagellation of decrying your privilege."

Critical Race Theory (CRT) is identity-based Marxism. Marxism is the antithesis of Christianity as they reject all religions and why so many of the "woke" revile Christians.

CRT is being used to indoctrinate our children to an ideology of racial division, hate, and fear.

I stand with Governor Ron Desantis of Florida and will also block CRT from California classrooms.

Marxists have demonstrated that they want to destroy our history, but the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. will continue to ring truths from many mouths that we do not judge one by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Election Integrity

The integrity of our voting system is integral for an honest election.

We need:

  • Clean voter records

  • Voter I.D.

  • Maintain that you can request an absentee ballot, not automatically sent one

  • No early voting

  • Better oversight over provisional ballots

  • To abide by federal and state voting laws.

I have no confidence in the current Dominion Voting Systems used in these California Counties (provided by the SOS website):

Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Marin, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, and Yuba.

I urge these counties and the voters to let your Supervisors know that a 68% error rate as reported in Michigan is unacceptable. We would not have this information if Thirteenth Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer hadn't ordered the removal of a protective order.

Contesting an election is not a new concept.

I don't recall seeing this much effort put into stopping election audits as now.

I am grateful to those individuals who are taking the lead in holding the politicians accountable in regards to Election Integrity including independent journalists for being truth seekers.

We must demand transparency.

John 3:19-20

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved

Pro-Life

I pledge to be the biggest advocate for life in this candidacy.

Protecting the life of unborn children is of the utmost importance to begin the healing of our state and nation.

I will use every avenue possible as governor to provide a pathway to changing the hearts and minds of women to this ungodly practice of genocide.

Our children are our future and we want to teach them the value of life.

If more people would open their eyes to communism, they will see how this is being used to abolish families as well as taking the husband from the home.

To address the defunding of Planned Parenthood, state funds go toward Planned Parenthood through Medicaid.  Twenty-four states reported as of 2016, to have taken measures to defund them through policies:

  • stipulating Medicaid will pay for "all or most medically necessary abortions".

  • by refusing to allocate federal Title X money to the organization.

  • or like Texas replacing a federally funded Medicaid waiver program, the Women's Health Program, with an entirely state-funded program. This was not a successful program.

But, it was Obama's administration that passed a new rule amending the regulations for Title X to prohibit states from restricting funds to an organization "for reasons other than its ability to provide Title X services" — namely, because it performs abortions.

There is currently a bill introduced in House (1/28/2021)

Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2021, but I would also like to see the amendment made by the Obama administration removed as part of this bill.

Many people do not realize that there are many other clinics available in low-income areas that provide healthcare services other than Planned Parenthood.

Two potential lawsuits I would initiate and an investigation into:

  1. Planned Parenthood's selling of fetal body parts and the recent information that came out on the Federal government buying and trafficking “fresh” aborted baby body parts.

  2. The recent discovery that thirty-seven Planned Parenthood affiliates applied for and received nearly $80 million in federal funding from the Paycheck Protection Program (subsidized loans from the Small Business Administration).

I would initiate a lawsuit against the SBA with an investigation into Plannned Parenthood.

Defunding the Police

I do not agree with defunding law enforcement, but there must be reform.

Ensuring the Public Safety of all of our citizens is crucial to the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

Murders and other violent crimes have gone up exponentially in areas where defunding the police has begun.

A few topics that we need to address are:

  • Body cameras

  • Asset forfeiture

  • DUI stops v. saturation patrol

  • Qualified immunity

  • Police unions

  • Militarization of the police force

  • CPS/DCFS

  • Those with mental illness

  • Those with a disability

  • Public meetings

  • Peaceful protests

  • Law enforcement mental health

  • Human/Sex trafficking

  • Drug/gun trafficking

  • Stingray devices

Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, it reads:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Upon entering law enforcement an  oath is taken to the U.S. Constitution to protect and serve the citizens they represent.

In this climate, we need effective community-based involvement.

This is a very difficult profession even within their own ranks that may need to be addressed.

We must provide them with the right tools and support to continue to do their job with honor and dignity.

Educational Goals for California Students

I support:

  • ensuring a safe and healthy school environment for all schools. Schools play an important role in educating students about hygiene and disease prevention.  Districts must also ensure an excellent standard for clean and sanitary classrooms, through accountability and high standards for janitorial and maintenance departments. Schools should also be a safe haven for students physically and emotionally. I believe we should implement CHAMPS and SEL throughout all California schools.  CHAMPS is a proactive approach to classroom management.  Teaching social and emotional learning (SEL) provides students with life skills important to promoting successful learners and responsible decision-makers.

  • more opportunities for community involvement and collaboration with school districts. Parents should be able to rate their children's school district and offer suggestions for administrative and academic improvement.

  • ensuring that teachers have adequate tools to teach and to continue to support small class sizes. Districts should not use averages for small class sizes, but actual numbers per classroom.

  • open School Board meetings (Brown Act violations by School Board members will not be tolerated).

  • a uniform state-adopted English Language program for all public schools, as it is for Language Arts and Math.

  • allowing more time for teachers to teach and less time developing their own curriculum.

  • school choice

Middle School and High School
  • Vocational programs

  • Financial education courses

  • Apprenticeship programs

I do not support:

  • CRT

  • Common Core

  • Use of pronouns - God created two genders

  • Transgender students competing outside of their biological sex

Homelessness
Gas Tax and Vehicle Fees

California now surpasses Hawaii as having the highest gas prices in the U.S.

California is also in the top ten of having the highest car registration fees.

I think we can all agree that rising gas prices at the pump affects all of us regardless of socio-economic standing. Thus impacting the lowest wage earners the most.

I understand that the rising cost of gas is very intrinsic in nature with many factors involved, including needed support by our legislature, but what can be done in California?

When Gray Davis was recalled in 2003 Arnold Schwarzenegger promised to reduce the so-called, "car tax". But what did he actually do? In 2007, Schwarzenegger increased motorist fees by millions, the reason according to a Los Angeles Times article was to develop alternative fuel and clean-air technology.

Does this ring familiar that Governor Newsom is taking this even further by an Executive order requiring the state that, by 2035, all new cars and passenger trucks sold in California be zero-emission vehicles.

Did we not learn anything from Obama and Bush's Green Energy failures where the recipients of millions of taxpayer dollars were given out as grants (green stimulus money) where several of these companies have already filed for bankruptcy.

A tenth to a half of city and county budgets rely on this tax. The reason why your local politicians may not favor providing you with this savings while you still have to endure poor road conditions.

We were sold a Bill of Goods with  California Prop 6/SB1.

Governor Newsom signed Executive Order N-19-19 on September 20, 2019, diverting the gas tax money away from fixing our highways and building capacity to expand roads to going toward more "green" projects.

The federal government is trying to pass an infrastructure bill where only 7% of the funds would actually go toward infrastructure (as we know it).

The People of California should not be fooled into bait and switch legislation and executive orders that use taxes for something other than it was intended.

Preserving human dignity for all.

Homelessness is not just about poverty, but affordable housing, mental illness, drug addiction, a combination of mental illness and drug addiction, and working with law enforcement.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, Internist and Addiction Medicine Specialist made an argument on the issues of homelessness asking where the billions were being spent.

He (Dr. Drew) speaks on how it is the laws preventing specialists like him to address this issue.

When we allow a crisis like homelessness to continue, it gives politicians an appearance that their request for more funding is justified and we don't hold them accountable for the ongoing issues in their districts.

We need to look at why other states are doing a better job, quicker and with less money.

Why does a homeless project in California come with so many regulations and a cost difference from other successful states of nearly 200%?

Let us work on removing these barriers.

There needs to be honest oversight and accountability in order to bring dignity back to this underserved population.

Pro-Second Amendment

Second Amendment. A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

In McDonald v. City of Chicago, the Supreme Court ruled that state and local governments are limited to the same extent as the federal government from infringing upon this right.

District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that the "Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home."

The main purpose of the Second Amendment is to give citizens the means to protect themselves from a tyrannical government.

It is estimated through previous data surveys, that guns save over 2 million lives each year and most of the time are not fired. You won't hear too much about that on mainstream media.

The problem is:

  • gun-free zones

  • a corrupt government (Fast and Furious)

  • an unsecured border that allows gun trafficking

We need to begin with our youth as far as providing better education, after-school activities, opportunities for part-time employment or mentoring and trauma counseling.

Kamala Harris did a huge disservice when she was California's attorney general. She pushed for the truancy legislation that became law that allowed district attorneys to charge parents with a misdemeanor if their children missed 10 percent of the school year without a valid reason.

This became very controversial because it disproportionately affected families of color. Imagine arresting and criminalizing parents and the trauma that caused.

This was not a well-thought-out program that created even more issues for families with children with health issues, homeless, single-parent households, and other struggling households.

Kamala Harris now-Vice President Kamala Harris promoted the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) bailing out an unknown number of accused thugs, rioters, and other criminals.

Governor Newsom signed an Executive Order to release 76,000 inmates convicted of a violent crime and 20,000 inmates who are serving life sentences.

You do not need my permission to exercise your right to bear arms, but I will stand with you to protect that right.
